How does INFLOW work?

Standard pre-workout formulas are NOT designed for fighters, they leave you jittery and deplete recovery via energy crashes. All for a 'pump' rather than the focus required for combat sports. So... why not create a pre-workout for combat athletes?

Lower caffeine & beta alanine prevent an energy surge & crash and replace this with prolonged energy, power, focus, hydration and blood flow allowing you to go another round.

Mix with water, and drink like water, no fuss!

Benefits

Reduced Caffeine - The energy boost required after your schedule, without the jitters and energy crash, allowing for optimum recovery.

Reduced Beta-Alanine (the itchy stuff) - Feel sharp without the agitation.

Magnesium - Balance your electrolytes to maintain hydrated and reduce fatigue.

Creatine - Increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise.

Nitrate Oxide & Amino Acids (see more below) - Including ingredients such as L-Arginine, this improves blood flow and optimal skeletal muscle activity allowing for maximum performance (even on an 'off' day)

Ingredients

Our Workout formula offers targeted support for increased performanceendurancestrengthenergy and focus.

  • a Nitric Oxide (NO) Combination: L-Arginine aspartate, L-Citrulline malate, Alpha Lipoic Acid, beetroot nitrate, vitamin C and vitamin E
  • Carbohydrate Combination: maltodextrin and dextrose
  • an Alertness & Vitality Blend: Beta alanine, L-Taurine, L-Tyrosine, caffeine anhydrous powder, vitamin B3, biotin and vitamin B12
  • a Creatine Blend: creatine monohydrate and creatine hydrochloride
  • minerals: magnesium phosphate and sodium bicarbonate.

The Nitric Oxide

Nitric oxide plays a critical role in endothelial function, promoting relaxation of vascular smooth muscle and subsequent dilation, which may favourably impact blood flow and augment mechanisms contributing to skeletal muscle performancehypertrophy and strength adaptations.

The amino acids

L-arginine is an amino acid necessary for making proteins and commonly used for circulation. It helps with muscle growth because its presence is needed for the synthesis of most proteins. When the size of a muscle increases, L-arginine sends a signal to muscle cells, which encourages the release of growth hormone and aids in fat metabolism.

L-citrulline is an amino acid found in watermelon. It is also made in the body. The body changes L-citrulline into L-arginine. Citrulline malate is a combination of citrulline with malic acid. Malic acid is found in apples, among other fruits. Citrulline malate is a direct precursor to nitric oxide. This form of citrulline can help to increase adenosine triphosphate (ATP) production and availability - the fuel for hardworking muscles. Citrulline malate can be beneficial for muscular endurance and strength performance.

Beta alanine is a non-essential amino acid that is produced naturally in the body. It aids in the production of carnosine (a protein building block) and enhances performance by increasing exercise capacity and decreasing muscle fatigue. It also has antioxidant, immune-enhancing and anti-ageing properties.

Taurine is an amino acid that is produced naturally in the body. It helps to improve energy expenditure and white adipose tissue metabolism, which supports the regulation of both body weight and exercise performance time.

L-tyrosine is a is a non-essential amino acid that the body makes from another amino acid called phenylalanine. It is an essential component for the production of several important brain chemicals called neurotransmitters, including epinephrine, norepinephrine and dopamine. As a result, it can help to increase exercise capacity in the heat. It can also help to improve focus and and concentration.

The creatine blend

Muscles use creatine to produce energy. As a nutrient, it has been extensively researched and remains one of the most popular supplements available to modern athletes.

Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise, making it a favourite with not only athletes, but also those undertaking regular exercise.

In the Workout formula, we harness the benefits of both creatine monohydrate and creatine hydrochloride.

The vitamin and mineral blend

The Workout formula includes vitamin E, vitamin C, niacin, vitamin B12, biotin, phosphorus, magnesium and sodium. Collectively these vitamins and minerals contribute to (among other things - see full list below) the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal energy-yielding metabolism and normal functioning of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise.

The caffeine

Studies have shown that caffeine can benefit endurance performancehigh intensity exercise, and power sports (particularly for trained athletes).

Approved EFSA health claims:

  • Vitamin B12: Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal homocysteine metabolism, normal psychological function, normal red blood cell formation, normal function of the immune system, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and it has a role in the process of cell division. • Vitamin C contributes to maintaining the normal function of the immune system. It also contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums, skin and teeth, normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function, protection of cells from oxidative stress, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, the regeneration of the reduced form of vitamin E and increases iron absorption. • Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Click here for EFSA scientific opinion.
  • Biotin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal macronutrient metabolism, normal psychological function, normal hair and skin and the maintenance of normal mucous membranes. Click here and here for EFSA scientific opinions.
  • Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise, and daily creatine consumption can enhance the effect of resistance training on muscle strength in adults over the age of 55. Click here and here for EFSA scientific opinions.
  • Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, electrolyte balance, normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal muscle function, normal protein synthesis, normal psychological function, the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, and it has a role in the process of cell division. Searching for something like this for years

I’ve spent so many sessions on Reddit, trying to figure out how fighters fuel there workout, everyone has different answers..

Pre-Workout is a huge no due to the high caffeine etc, I decided to try this and wow, didn’t feel it kick in, thought it was terrible aha, then I just wanted to train more, and more and more. Used it for my morning run as well, didn’t check my pace, and was 0:30 min/kmh faster than usual ahaha.

Great discovery

Feeling unstoppable

Great tasting powder, no overwhelming feeling or itchy short burst of energy, felt great throughout my whole session. Couldn’t recommend this enough to anyone training in combat sport. Only supplement I use atm.

Tastes good

I felt like I was focused for my whole training session, didn’t really feel it ‘kick in’ until I noticed I was training for 2 hours and my body still felt great, I was still hitting as hard and moving as sharply
