Everything has been clear, I can plan my days, feel like I have more time, I learn more in my sessions. Will come back in a few more weeks maybe due to eating well at the minute.
But I’ve noticed a huge difference in my mental clarity and wellbeing so far!

I’ve spent so many sessions on Reddit, trying to figure out how fighters fuel there workout, everyone has different answers..
Pre-Workout is a huge no due to the high caffeine etc, I decided to try this and wow, didn’t feel it kick in, thought it was terrible aha, then I just wanted to train more, and more and more. Used it for my morning run as well, didn’t check my pace, and was 0:30 min/kmh faster than usual ahaha.
Great discovery

Tasty. Tried many things and often affect my tummy as a mid life woman. This is perfect. Training for Kilimanjaro climb and can definitely feel benefits with creatine included too.

Great tasting powder, no overwhelming feeling or itchy short burst of energy, felt great throughout my whole session. Couldn’t recommend this enough to anyone training in combat sport. Only supplement I use atm.
